I did run into an issue with the PCV fitting on the bottom on the intake manifold hitting on the engine block. I went with a new Gates Water pump.</a></p><p></p><p>So after I got the Water pump Stuff taken care off I ahead with more assembly. My 99 Did not have holes cut out for the Heat Exchanger so I i just went ahead and welded the brackets onto the front bumper support. Next was Front bumper assembly.
