Not bad but, your probably leaving some time on the table. The dragstrip is pretty fun I went for the first time a couple weeks ago and ran a 14.2

Yeah get your 60ft down to a 2.0 and you will run much better...

A good rule of thumb is for every tenth you shave in the 60 you get 2 tenths at the finish line...

I see a 13.6 at 103 in your future very easily...

Your time looks almost identical to my stock times with my 99 cobra. 60 foot times were killing me too. I through on a set of steeda 1.25 lowering progressive springs and that helped my 60' times by almost 2 tenths. now with a mac cat back and superchips chip im running 13.8's all day with a best of 13.6@104.
(IF ONLY I WERE A PRO DRIVER. LOL) I was hoping for low 13s but i guess im not that gifted.

You did good. We had a kid go 16.60's in his 01 Cobra. The kid had no clue what he was doing. he went into the waterbox, after we told him numerous times not to. He shifted at 5,000 rpms, and blew the pre stage lights 2 out of 3 runs.


My night was pretty good. I ran a 13.88 at 102.41 mph. All in a bone stock Cobra, except flowmaster mufflers, K&N,and a shifter. I can't wait to use DR's, and get my gears and Nitrous.

A 104 to 105 mph run should get you a 13 flat to a high 12. I run a 12.84 at 107.27 on kumho street tires. I just got Nitto Drag radials put on and boy they hook dead. NO SPIN. Going to the track tomorrow to see if I can get a mid 12 without breaking anything lol. I hope.......
