Have a 624hp Ford Racing Whipple 2.3 setup on a 2011 Mustang GT I recently purchased. About 10,000miles on this setup. Has full Stainless works exhaust and headers. Only showing 5psi at WOT, will flash to 9-10 occasionally then drop.
Doesn't seem like belt slip. Running a 3.125 pulley. Was dyno tuned by previous owner with this exact setup 9psi (Team JDM remote tune) Any ideas ? Unfortunately no local shops know much around here when it comes to superchargers.

ehh, what's your power level? any dyno sheets? data logs?

My 2.3 makes 554/495 @ 8 psi. 3.375 pulley on 91 octane here in California. Something isn't right for yours.

Why do you say it doesn't seem like belt slip? It should produce a constant psi. Check for belt dust.

Didn't think it was belt slip because couldn't see any residue. Put my 3.375 pulley on and held steady at 7psi so it was probably belt slip. Will put the 3.125 back on and pick up a new belt to see.
Car made 543/485 on mustang dyno conservative 91 tune 9psi with the 3.125 pulley
