I recently picked up an 07 GT500 that needed a tune, reason being, the dealer I work at sent it to ford to have the throttle body replaced against my advice and the tech at ford decided it would be a good idea to update the pcm thus wiping the tune and making the sct device that was with the car and the car useless. It has the Kenne Bell 2.8L kit on it with dual 75MM throttle body, I'm currently working on tuning the car (HP Tuners) and have found that the newer version KB throttle bodies don't zero at 7/8 degrees but rather at 0. I've also found that 2007 does not have the tab to set default throttle angle to zero. So my question is, how are you guys getting around this? Or... would I be better off trying something like this, and just using the stock throttle body? https://www.lethalperformance.com/lethal-performance-whipple-3-0-3-8l-throttle-body-adapter-2007-2014-shelby-gt500.html Thanks!
