No you can not. The 2000L is a supercharged 2V 5.4L and your 2008 F-150 is a N/A 3V 5.4L.

Yes, there's that but I also believe the 04+ F150s have a different type of PCM that is totally unchippable. I think the only option for the 04 and up trucks is a hand held tuner, which IMO is a much better choice than a chip to begin with.
