2011 GT Turn Signal Help

I bought this 2011 GT recently and it's turn signals are not actuating right. The previous owner did install LED switchbacks and I'm wondering if these have any thing to do with the problem. Anyway, so in short the tail lights do not light up sequentially when turning, braking, or when in caution mode. Also they blink very quickly. Not sure what the problem is as no bulb is burnt out. Any help on this?

Not supposed to be sequential when braking or with hazards

if they don't flash sequential on turn signal activation and flash fast, there is a bulb out, check the front turn signal bulb(s) as said, they only flash sequentially on turn signal activation

Could the switchbacks she installed make the car "think" that there is a light out?
