I have no reason to come on here and make something up. The Mach 1 is my uncle's car and he is the one that said it was 5 or 6 cars. Why would he say his car got beat worse than it did? I know looking in the rear view mirror that 5 or 6 cars would be a very close estimate. When my 2011 GT was 100% stock it felt as strong as any 100% stock '03-'04 Cobra that I have driven. Lethal Performance's car with the exact same mods as my car made 402 RWHP and my car is about 100 pounds lighter than a stock '03-'04 Cobra coupe. My mods of K&N filter, 3" O/R X-pipe and 93 octane tune is worth about 30-40 RWHP, so it SHOULD be stronger than a 100% stock '03-'04 Cobra. Thanks  Not to mention superior transmission gearing and a lower rear end gear (3.73 vs. 3.55). These new 5.0 cars are 'no joke'!!! Thanks  The Grabber Blue is awesome! My uncle; that I was running in the Mach 1, had a Grabber Blue '70 Boss 302 from 1971-1974. I remember riding in that car when I was a kid!! He now has a Calypso Corral (orange) '69 Boss 302, the '03 Mach 1 (Azure Blue), '93 Reef Blue 331 stroker LX coupe and an '04 Torch Red Cobra coupe. I think it sounded pretty good with the X-pipe and the factory catback and wasn't going to get any mufflers for a while. When we finished our run I asked my uncle how the car sounded and he said it sounded good, but he said as I was pulling away from him it sounded a little like a vacuum cleaner and said he thought that I might ought to get some mufflers for the car. I ordered a Flowmaster 'Hushpower' axleback this morning. I think I will get the muffler shop to cut the resonators out and replace them with straight pipe when they put on the axleback. We both just wanted to see how the two cars compared for the fun of it. We were both surprised at how far the '11 GT outran the Mach 1! I'm sure that one with more mods would have fared better but as I stated above my uncle's car runs very well (13.05 @ 108 MPH on the stock Goodyear Eagles!) for the limited mods that he has. We went from a 2nd gear roll so that the tires would not be a factor in the outcome of the race. Thanks
