2012 Gauge Installation Question - Where to tap in for power>>>

I am installing gauges this weekend and need to know where I can grab a wire that will allow me to tie in my pillar gauges to the headlights and dimmer?

The more specific the better as I am not a great electrician.

Parking Lights (+) purple/white + SJB, gray 13 pin plug (E), pin 6

smart junction box is int he pass kick panel.

Dumb question but, what is SJB? Am I able to tap into anyone of these wires to operate the light with the dimmer?

Where would you suggest that I tap into power for the actual gauge that I want to be turned on with the key?
