i would prob go 14 depending on damage and cost to fix with a clean title. I own a body shop and can assist you if needed on what to do call me 304-673-6573
I had my insurance company stop the check to the Ford dealer, but I do not yet have possession of the car. I hopped the barrier at the dealer a little bit ago and shot a video of the damage.

I am hoping to get the car towed to my house tomorrow. I can get better pictures and answer any questions you guys may have. I have got a lot of responses to my shitty thread, so I am thinking I may ebay this thing. My understanding is that the title is clean (not salvage) because the insurance company did not declare it a total loss. There is a lean on the car that I need to pay off so there will be some delay in getting the title.

So the Insurance company is cutting you a check for repairs and letting you "fix it" however you wish?
Thats the only way I see it could retain its good title status.

That is what they said they are going to do. I didn't expect it b/c there is a lein on the car, but I am not complaining.
As I understand it, a title status is only changed if it is reported as a total loss. Since that is not the case for my car, the title should be clean. I imagine if you run a carfax in the future you would see the accident history.
Take a look at the pictures I posted and let me know what you think. The sheet metal that supports the passenger side headlight bucket is pretty mangled as well as the passenger side vertical radiator support.
