I have a Ford OEM GT350 rear Seat Delete panel for sale. Has all hardware, seat belt delete covers and foam blocks. There are 2" slits at the lower corners to clear roll bar tubes, no material was removed and this can be glued back together for an almost invisible repair.
Asking $475 picked up, $525 delivered within 150 miles of New York City. Shipping is really expensive ($225) so I don't think it is a deal with shipping.
