[QUOTE="NastyGT500, post: 15503771, member: 75220"] 2017 Chevy Camaro, SS, Black I had a client bring in her newly purchased 2017 SS Camaro in black. It needed a paint correction and she wanted it coated. The finish was a little banged up from the lot/dealer and did need a correction. Performed a 2 step correction and then coated the vehicle. Wheels off, calipers, wheels and wheel wells coated. The paint readings were good for factory paint and I found the paint to be on the soft side. It responded to my correction quite well. 2 steps and it was looking like glass! Client is really into this new purchase and wanted to modify it a little bit. New blacked out badges front and rear were installed. They cleaned up the look from the factory gold bowties. She spec’d the vehicle with the factory sport exhaust, and I must say that this is one great sounding factory exhaust!!! Cold start up’s can be a little startling!!! So cool! Process/machines/chemicals/etc: 2BW-SCG Pro strip wash, micro-chenille mitt. Clay: Griots medium wash mitt. Bug removal: Kenotek anti-insek. Rupes MKII 21, Flex 3401, Rupes iBrid. Rupes green and white pads. Griot’s correcting cream. Beeds Prime as finishing polish/coating primer. Eraser for wipe down after initial cutting stage. Misc microfiber towels. Vacuumed via Metro. Engine bay: Blackfire all in one trim and tire. Glass: Adam’s glass cleaner and SCG Pro sealant. LSP: Beeds HD and ELX premium ceramic paint treatment/coating. Wheels/tires: Adam’s wheel cleaner, Tuf-shine tire cleaner and brush, Daytona and misc brushes. Tire dressing: GYEON tire. Calipers: Beeds HD. Rims: Beeds coating. Interior: Adam’s TID, Dr. Beasley’s leather lock, GYEON fabric coat. DeFelsko PTG. Lighting via Scangrip.
