281 2V?

Does anyone know how many bolt main the 4.6 2V is? I have been told its a 6 bolt like the LS1, but I wasn't sure is this was true to the 2V or the 4V? Do any of you guys know? Thanks :burnout:

The 96 Cobra was a 6 bolt main. We were wearing this long before the LS1, especially if you count the Lincoln DOHC motors in 1993. No the CAST block is not a 6 bolt main.

What is the CAST block? I should probably know this and once you tell me I am going to feel stupid, but I'm a little confused. Are you saying that the aluminum 4V motors are a six bolt, but the iron 2V motors are not? :shrug: And if the iron 2V motors aren't a six bolt, how many are they?
