the heads include everything, they will come fully assembled, or if you just want the pieces, I can do that too. Heads will be sold together. Rods are standard length and are in good condition. The block comes with the girdle, they both need to be cleaned and polished up. The crank is in good working order. The valve covers are dirty, but they can be cleaned.
