98 SVT Contour 3L w/custom paint

1998 Ford SVT Contour. I purchased the car from the original family in CT(it was owned by two brothers and owned by the fathers company, so it appears it was multiple owners, but really only 1). It is a black E0 with midnight blue leather interior. The car was repainted in 02. It is still black, but it has Indigo blue pearl in the basecoat. The paint is still very nice, but since it is 7 years old, it is not perfect. There are some scuffs on the lower corners of the bumpers, and a deep scratch on the passenger fender. The car has a port-matched 3L. Porting included intake ports, exhaust ports, and combustion chamber porting. The 3L has approximately 15k on it at this point. Body has about 124k on it, car has no moonroof, and AC does not work.

Injector wiring harness from an E1 SVT- no cracking
Main harness removed and repaired with good wires from am E1 SVT

i think i got some good pics. in direct sunlight, the car almost looks dark blue. the metallic really pops. It was tough to get shots that really showed it, but i think i got some.

I have said for some time now that the SVT Contour begs for appearance upgrades-the wheels work and the blue tint to the paint is a good idea suppplementing the Midnight Blue interior look.

In my opinion 1) the six spoked wheels from the SVT Focus are made to dress up the Contour, and 2) Saturn has a Blackberry black that would do even a better job enhancing that interior look!

i dropped the price a couple hundred to reflect the fact that the car is getting stock springs/struts.

I have been driving this car daily. gets about 25 mpg. Would make a great DD!
