Trade for a nice wideband air/fuel, or 42# inj. or powerpipe 96-98 4v, or 94-98 S-281 wing

Is this plug and play for a 99 GT ? This looks really trick but im wondering if the ecm needs flashed to use this or can I just install and go ?
