A/F and Timing 01 Cobra w/15k miles and vortech.

I am getting ready to charge a vortech system to my credit card... maybe in 1 month. My 01 cobra has 15k miles on it right now, how much boost would be safe to run on it so that it lasts me a good amt of time like another 30k miles. I am hoping for 440rwhp with stock pulley it comes with, i think it is 9psi not sure. I have magnaflow x-pipe with cats, and magnaflow catback. What are some of you all's A/F ratio and timing on setups like this, that way I can get an idea of hp and tuning specs.

Also I just got an e-mail from muscle motors about their setup, which i might buy from them. It runs a little under 4k and comes with the following. MMP/Vortech Supercharger Kit w/ 42lb fuel injectors, harness, fuel pump kit, custom chip, AFM Power Pipe & Pro-M mass air meter. Is this all I will need.
