a little help plz!

i just recieved my FTVB in the mail....and got the supporting tran fluid that i need.......do i need a new filter? or can i use the old one? if i need one...what kind and does autozone have it? thanks guys...i need some answers tonight if possible becuase i wanna install it tomorrow!!!! thanks!!!

its a good idea to change the filter if you have the pan off, why not...dont know the part # but yeah autozone should have it

Agree with above, but the tranny filter should be good unless you had something go wrong. If you get the 4x4 pan as well, you'll need the 4x4 filter too.

Get a new filter, they are $12 and come with a new gasket. If you have a 4x4 pan make sure you get a 4x4 filter because they are different. Good luck on the install and let us know how much you like the FTVB.
