adjustable clutch cable broke!!!!!

alright guys on saturday, i took off from a stop sign a launch at about 2000rpm tried to grab 2nd and the clutch went to the floor no resistance. i babied it to my buddies house to find my aftermarket clutch cable in threads about a foot from the firewall!! anyone knows what could have caused this???:shrug:

Thats usually where fail. My stock one broke at the same place.

yeah it sucked we were on the way for the sat cruise :lol:

did it break where it connects to the quadrant? if so i think i might be able to help u figure out why it happened. after an after market quadrant install mine did it twice.
