They didn't want to admit it but Im pretty sure it was the voltage regulator and/or a wire to the regulator that was messed up. Put it back in and its working. I find it a lot easier to put back in than taking out even tho I had just done it a few days prior. Unbolting and disconnecting is the easy part.
