any good tuners in the Wisconsin area?

when my car is broken in, i want to get a dyno tuned diablo chip, is there any good tuners in the Wisconsin area? I called Rick Anderson, he said he didn't have the software yet

CERRA RACING is in ROCKISLAND ,ILL. I been real happy with their work.I had them put in a Diablo chip and a Bassini X-Pipe this week.

thats what I was hoping, but called them also about a month ago, and as of then, they also didnt have the software. I will give them a call to see how its coming
