First of all I would go to the ER and tell them you are having chest pain. They will take you in immediately and perform an EKG to make sure you are ok. I experienced a panic attack after the birth of our son. My wife had a grand mal seizure at home with me and had a stroke. She was transferred to another hospital for the stroke. My son was in the NICU at a different hospital and I was trying to split my time seeing both of them daily while managing the house bills and dogs at home. One night when I was with my wife her arm started jumping around, scared the hell out of me because she lost feeling in her arm. I called the nurses and asked for the doctor, I had to get on them because I knew it wasn’t right. Later on, I was on the way home and I felt like my chest was getting tight and my palms where real clammy. I also felt an impending doom, just didn’t feel right. I stopped in the ER and they diagnosed me with having a panic attack. They gave me some meds to calm me down and stayed with them until I was able to deal with the situation I was dealt with. I hope you seek some help.
