I know its personal preference, but I would love to have an auto GT500 with a slap shifter and paddles. I have raced cars with both. While rowing threw the gears is a blast... autos are much faster. One of my previous cars (s197)... I had a TR3650, TR6060, and a 5R55s in it. With zero mods occurring at the time of the trans swap, just pulling the TR6060 and installing the 5R55s, I went from a 12.9 to a 12.4. And after doing a rear gear swap, tuning the car better and getting some seat time, I was able to run a 12.1. That was with an NA car that weighed in at 3980 with me in it and 400/365 RWHP/TQ. I can't imagine near double the power at the same weight. It would be insane! Also, traffic around here is nuts... like 3rd worst in the nation. Since I put 8k-10k miles a year on each of my cars, it would make the commute a lot easier. Some people are trying really hard to hate this car and its not even out yet. Not sure if its product affinity issue or if some people just like to argue.
