anyone running the steeda tri-ax?

There is a little rubber piece that's supposed to go inside the knob to help align it and dampen any extra nvh.
I did initially. . . what I found was I didn't have my boot seated all the way.
The black ring that has 3 allen head screws in it. . . loosen those screws all the way and push the collar all the way down into there. I didn't have the collar down when I first installed and I had an issue. After I realized that, had zero issues.
