Anyone that used frpp struts run into this? brake line bolt hole not threaded...

Got everything installed today with th new springs, frpp adjustable struts but when I went to install the brake line 10mm bolt the mounting tab on the strut isn't threaded I was just curious if they're all like this and you just have to cut the threads or if I got a monday job set. Self taping perhaps? Doubt it so I stopped to ask.

Pretty lame considering what these cost, $900.

How about just buying a nut and lockwasher, perhaps a longer bolt, versus trying to thread it.

I believe you're right I walked back to the shop and the bolt appears self tapping didn't think to look earlier. If anyone agrees and has been here let me know for sure. thanks
