Best Place To Buy Original Ford Parts?

I need a foglight for my '03 Cobra, as the drivers side lens is cracked. The local Ford dealer wants $86. I went to www.fordpartsnetwork.com and they list a foglight assembly, but the number isn't what the dealer here told me it was.

Is this what I need, is it easy to install?

one of the vendors on the site sells for 10% over invoice, just check the market section under "vendors special"
