I fired a guy one time who kept doing that out of sheer laziness. Our engineering standards dictated metric fasteners, but our CAD system had SAE as default (we kept requesting PTC give us an option to change it). This dingus would only use metric if it was already established in a model, so we had M6x1 here, 1/4-20 there. Sometimes he'd sneak in a fine thread, or somehow managed to get non UNC/UNF threads altogether. I stuck him on detailing duty until he pulled two stunts on the same day and I had to let him go.</p></blockquote><p></p>
