Speaking of engine...… I know a lot of you never seen the massive destruction of my last engine and the reason I decided to rebuild this car "AGAIN." This may be hard to look at, so considered yourself warned LMAO!!! I had my car running in the drive way and was going to ensure my NOS was working. I had an arming switch in the car and a micro switch on the throttle. So, after arming the system it should NOT activate until the micro switch on the throttle was pressed. However, for whatever reason, my NOS activated after flipping the arming switch. So, I ended up shooting 150 HP of NOS at idle. I immediately turned the switch back off after I heard the RPMs climbing. But, it was already too late. The damage had been done..... And this is why this time around I am building a FORGED engine AND I'm NOT running NOS this time...……. Here you can see pistons 1 and 4 are gone..... Here you can see piston 6 is gone... Here you can see chunks of piston resting on the crank. Here you can see the major damage to the cylinder wall. Here you can see the holes and cracks in the cylinder wall exposing the water jacket. More damage.... Here you can see the oil pan with all the carnage/remains.... More carnage...…
