Boss sinter forged rods vs standard powder forged rods

What is the difference between the Boss 302 connecting rod and the standard powder forged coyote rods ?

I was reading up on the 2015 mustang getting the Boss sinter forged connecting rod and a full forged piston instead of the hyperuectic pistons and powder forged connecting rods of coyotes past.

Is the sinter forged rod a full blown forged rod like the manley forged rod used in the aluminator engine ?

I believe they are one in the same (powdered metal sinter forging), and are not conventional forging (ala the Manley's).

The 2015 GT should 5.0 have the hyper slugs, not forged ones.
