brake/gas pedal adjustment??

I am really trying to get this heel/toe shifting process down for track events. I have pretty small feet and was wondering if there was a way on our cars to adjust the height of our gas or break pedals??

Has anyone tried this?

I did this on my 2002 GT and just used a spacer on the cable to raise the pedal about 1/2 inch.

That doesn't look too hard to do! I bet it is probably the same for our cars as well.
