Mine came cracked from the factory. The "make ready" guy's found at the time of delivery.
The part was ordered and came in two weeks later. When i went in to have it fixed the service guy said it would take two hours. I called my salesman and within 15 minutes the light was fixed. They said it was caused by over torqued screws.

I wrote down my mileage and checked the difference before I left the dealership. They claimed 13 miles of test driving was normal for a front end alignment on this car. I had requested that only the service or sales manager move the car if required. The name on the repair order was a technician. I ended up getting Ford involved. In the end nothing happened except for a phone call apology from the Customer Service manager. That was at the first dealership I tried, it gets worse but that is another story.
