Well, if you're wanting an 03 Cobra, you should go (if I remember correctly) at the end of the month. Go to www.edmunds.com (car place) and they have some very good new-car and used-bar buying information
Find a lot that has one you want and tell them you have $XX,XXX in your pocket and if they want it give you the keys.
