Did you scan your car yet? Did you verify your getting a consistant signal to those 2 coils that fire those spark plugs? Did you check to make sure the coils are firing consistantly?
I tried to run a misfire with sct but it didn't give me anything. I'm going to try removing the tune and putting stock injectors back in and see what happens
