cheap nitrous??

I was wondering if this is a good deal for a TNT nitrous setup, any advice would be great. Its a guy here in college station where i go to school thats selling it, what do you think:
"i have a TNT wet kit the comes with 2 fogger nozzles, both fuel and NOS solenoids, main line, and some shorter pieces, in college station need cash will sell for 150, will throw in a purge for 50 more. all you need is a switch (or button) and a bottle and you can go."

Check the price for a bottle, unless you can find a used one which are usually hard to come by (atleast in my area). A new bottle I beleive is around 200 bills. A brand new kit with all new parts and wiring, and switchs is about 500. Weigh the options, IMO I would go new it makes for a cleaner install and you know all the parts work.
