chip and pulley

If you add on the lower pulley would you have to have your chip reburned?

What if you run both an upper and lower pulley?

What if you go with the new JL lower pulley that adds 3#'s instead of 2#'s of boost?

I am not sure whos pulley I am going to put on, but I want to know if I will have to reburn my chip.
