Clutch Replacement and some dealer reset for sensor???

So I was told that when you change a clutch in the 2011+ you have to have the dealer reset some sensor? Is this true? I dont EVER seen anyone talking about this on the clutch threads.... nor do I want to go to my dealer for ANYTHING.

also, any thought on Joe Heck vs JPC clutch line? The youtube video of the Joe Heck makes it looker nicer than JPC and its cheaper?

there have been several people who have had a crank position relearn done. some get away and don't have issues. a dealership is going to be the best place to go as most auto shops don't have an IDS machine to do it or what ever it's called. i don't know about the other peice you asked about.

I had the clutch out of my car 2 times and never needed a relearn.
