Does anyone have a diagram of the clutch self adjusting mechanism that lives above the gas pedal? I am wondering if there is anyway that I can lock it in place so that it can't slip back a tooth after I adjust it. Since it is hidden where I am too large to go, a picture or exploded diagram would be very helpful.

Thanks. I missed the original post. Now I see the problem. The teeth on the stock adjuster are pretty shallow and fine pitch and it would be fairly easy for the adjuster to slip. I can see an easy way to prevent that short of getting a decent aftermarket adjuster.

Glad to help. that was the best pic I had ever seen of it. It really helped cement the setup design in my head.
