[QUOTE="Recon, post: 15763516, member: 181287"] Well some may know I purchased a 04 Comp Orange Mach 1 about a month ago. It’s my first New Edge and I’m very excited to get her pretty again and road worthy! I’ve wanted a New Edge for a few years now since I wasn’t able to get my Buddy’s 2V. Since then I’ve been searching. My budget would only allow a GT or Bullitt. When a deal fell through on a DHG Bullitt I pursued this Mach 1. Anyway this car was abandoned at a friend’s shop about 30 miles away. I told him when he got a title I want first dibs on it. The time came and after negotiations I bought the car! Being I had settled for a 2V I was absolutely pumped I got a 4V! One slight problem is the car came to my friend’s shop partially disassembled and she’s missing some parts. She also needs an engine rebuild (moisture intrusion) and some paint work due to sitting outside, for what I can see, it’s entire life. She has some high quality mods along with some really tacky mods. Good mods: MM cast camber plates Kooks long tube headers with matching catted X Borla catback (I’m thinking ATAKS, but possibly stingers). Steeda functional rear spoiler Bad mods: 281/ram air hood decals Poor quality hood and trunk stripes Honeycomb sticker on tail lights Poor quality hood pin kit, with 2 different style hood pins 8 ball door locks Skull shift knob Gauge trim (sorry don’t like them) Silver painted panels in interior (I’m slightly warming up to them) Chrome A/C control panel with matching knobs Eventual build plans are: T56 IRS Another catback Cobra Amber tail lights Terminator door mirrors Possibly 96-98 Cobra cams Terminator deck lid with spoiler Weld racing RTS S71 wheels MM suspension kit Edit: I just realized I didn’t list trans or mileage: 3650, 33K miles.
