Will adding cutouts to a 2002 GT help out sound and performance over 40 series 2 chamber Flowmasters? And if not what will be the best exhaust solution for my GT?

The best solution is to invest in a new cat-back exhaust system. You may want to also purchase a new h or x pipe as well.

There are many brands to choose from. Each has their own unique characteristics when it comes to sound, added power and price.

Click here. Register to this website and you can listen to sound clips of different exhaust setups. Personally, I would avoid cut-outs and spend some money on a new exhaust sytem.

Good luck in what you choose.

Dont do the cuttouts! I got the electric ones because I wanted to switch back and forth.Well that was good for the whole 2 months they worked. Now I've got to buy exhaust anyways.
