I am seriously contemplating taking the Derek Daly 4 Day Road Racing Class in Las Vegas on May 21-24. I was just wondering if any of you would be interested in doing this class with me?? Visit their web site at www.derekdaly.com and click on the programs to look at the description for the 4 day class. Very comprehensive stuff, including skid control, classroom, and the last two days are done inside open wheel race cars. Cost is $3295.00.
I think I am going to drive my M5 over there and back. I will likely leave Houston on Saturday May 18th and arrive there some time late Sunday. Then do the class, and return on Sund/Monday after the class. That leaves me some time in the evenings and a day before and after the class to gamble a little.
I will let you all know once my plans are finalized.... Let me know if any of you are interested so I can try to negotiate a group rate?...
