I am picking up a used diablosport predator cheap and wanted to know how I can tell if it is unlocked. When I plug it in what will it "say". Thanks

Try tuning the vehicle, if it is locked, it will tell you the tool is not licensed for use in that vehicle, and will need to be unlocked.

predator unlocks are $129.
