[QUOTE="ShootyMCstabby, post: 15840653, member: 187575"] Man sounds like an ulcer waiting to happen. I have no idea how someone could take a total loss title and turn it into a salvage title. In MN once a vehicle is deemed a total loss that's it, title gets mailed back to paying insurance company. I don't know why you weren't told by your insurance company when they ran the vin#'s to put insurance on it. That it had a salvage title. So reported a total loss in Texas in 09/09(07/09) then in 12/09 it's titled in Tennessee. Wow. I guess every state has different ordnance code/laws. I guess I would try and track down some info from the dmv in Tennessee? and Texas. Yeah crazy how it's reg'ed in Tenn late 08 then a total loss in Texas and back in Tenn and reg'ed in late 09.
