[QUOTE="04YellowGT, post: 15953167, member: 35332"] I would say no. Idiots and criminals will break the law if they want to regardless which is what makes them idiots and criminals. Minor offenses like a ticket most people don't even think twice about it. Examples. My buddy was a deputy prosecutor (now magistrate). He told me of a guy that went to the same Wal-Mart and was caught 5 times in about a year stealing Rogaine. He was known by the employees and cops and they would literally follow him and watch him attempt to steal the product and then have him arrested. My buddy asked him why he kept doing it and he didn't have an answer. My buddy being a smart ass told him to quit wasting his time stealing it because the product clearly wasn't working... I have seen a guy in a newer Porsche 911 Turbo pulled over at least 4 times in 2 months on my commute to and from work. I've seen him a few times just driving on the road, not pulled over, and he drives like an absolute asshole. Swerving in and out of lanes, going 20+ over the speedlimit, tailgating, you name it. Every time I've seen him that is how he is driving. Clearly he has money or a buddy in the courts that is getting him out of the tickets because it doesn't see possible that he still has a license.
