Double Din Head Units

Hey guys just wondering if they make a double din radio head unit to fit our dash without having to cut anything? i'm having trouble finding what i'm looking for i'm wanting a flush face to the dash if that makes sense.

Check sites like sonic electronix, crutchfield, there are several others. Alpine makes alot of double dins. I'm sure companys like Pioneer and Kenwood do to

I plan on doing a Android head unit. Fairly cheap and i plan on running Shadow dash so I can my engine parameters.
