I see some running a VMP E85 tune on their '11 GT. What is the benefit? Is there a power difference from a 93 tune?

Someone said it is like running 105 octane. They are running 29* of timing without detonation.

What injectors and fuel pump do you need to run e85? and is VMP the only company that makes a tune for it?

I have run HPP's E85 tune in my car for over 3k miles.. stock fuel system and injectors..lets just say that my CAI and E85 tune base model 2011 6spd manual, pulls pretty good on a friends stalled, cai, o/r x, axel back, tune, gears, 2011 gt that was running 12.0's at the time. E85 ftw.

Yes it does.. the only time I run E85 is when I know Im going racing etc. other then that i just run 91 w/ a stock tune.. On 91 oct i get 21mpg's w/ my foot in it most of the time.. w/ E85 it goes down to 16-18mpg's

I was just wondering about this the other day... I currently have a Evo/Lund tune, wonder if they could send me a E85 tune?
