When you convert to all E85 components you can switch back and forth but if you have pump gas (90-94 octane) mixed in with e85 then you need to run the pump gas tune until all the pump gas is ran out until you can run e85 with the tune and advance timing. This is all assuming that you will be using the GT500 ECM with a SCT tuner to switch back and forth tunes. I am running the flex fuel sensor in my car hooked up to a Zeitronix Ethanol analyzer so I know how much E85 content is going to my fuel injectors. Zeitronix ECA : SEMA Award Winning Ethanol Content Analyzer and Flex Fuel Sensor for E-85 and E-85/gasoline Blends I am ditching the display and using my Flex fuel sensor to tie into my ProEfi Stand alone so that it can automatically adjust timing and fuel maps according to how much ethanol is in my system. I will never have to worry about switching from pump to e85 again. Here is a video of the demonstration when they fill with 93 octane and do a WOT Pull and then they fill it up with e85 back to back and do a full pull with more power with out changing a thing: [youtube_browser]a1CzmmMUy50[/youtube_browser]
