Engine Light came on yesterday

I haven't scanned it yet, weather is crappy today was just wondering some input. The car is running fine, anyone have any ideas?

Just scanned it came up as PO420 which is catalyst system efficiency below threshold, it could be the CAT or the O2 sensor any other ideas?
