Were axle damper weights previously installed, but not reinstalled when your LCA relocation brackets were installed? That is really the only scenario that I can see that might produce a noticeable change in NVH, assuming everything is installed, greased, and torqued properly. Back when I had a full poly bushing rear end, my suspension was smooth and quiet, and it offered the best ride quality with precise articulation. At one time Kelly @ BMR recommended AMSOIL Synthetic Truck Grease NLGI #2 for their poly bushings, which I still use without issue. I only recently switched to adjustable LCAs with spherical rod ends to better dial in rear suspension geometry. BMR’s original 2-hole LCA relo bracket design did shift under high load causing a loud “clunk”… for my car it was only during a drag strip launch with drag radials, otherwise it was fine. The newer 3-hole design should not shift under load if torqued properly. Maximum Motorsports bolt-on brackets do not shift.
