For sale is a pair of Continental Extreme Contact DW 285/35 ZR18 tires that directly replace the rear factory tires on the 2007-09' GT500. These tires have 2,800 miles on them and are in perfect condition. Have zero burnouts on them. I have slicks for that! And any MACA folks that know me, know that's not really my style anyway!
The Extreme Contact DW's are excellent tires and are a HUGE upgrade over the factory Goodyears. Significant improvement with aggressive handling, and provide much better traction with straight line acceleration.
I bought these 35 series tires with the plan that I was going to lower my GT500 and decided against it. The 40 series DW's that I replaced these with, fill the stock height rear wheel well much better than the 35 series.
I paid $224 each for these from Discount Tire Direct. MACA price is $275 for the pair, with pickup/delivery to the MACA area arranged.
