I bought a custom order shifter ball from Epcoshiftknobs.com. I also have a satin boot adapter for sale. It is the wrong color blue, but would look good on anything other than my grabber blue car 
It is a black ball with dark blue 6-speed pattern and rally stripes. It looks awesome, but it just looks awful on a grabber blue car.
My loss is your gain. Never even installed on the car!
