Almost done with training, enjoying the 36 hour pass, got one more PT test, FTX then its graduation time :banana:

I got my orders for FT Carson, excited about it, hope I can get use to the cold weather.

I will be driving my truck there, Im sure she will love the weather lol

I live in north COS but spend lots of time at Ft. Carson. Most people love it, its real close to the city and theres lots to do, the community is pretty supportive of the military and it really isn't that cold. The snow usually melts off the day after snow fall and you get used to it. I moved here from SoCal and its not that bad at all. If you like to ski/snowboard its only a couple hour drive to the mountains and they give good mil. discounts. Enjoy it.

My dad retired from Ft. Carson back in the 90's. I spent most of my childhood there, and i love it! Great place, great weather, and a very large military community. Colorado Springs has everything you want/ need and its close to Denver, great place! Enjoy your time there.
